Quick start: keep records from day one, without waiting for everyone to sign up
Switching to a new system usually stalls on one sentence: "Let's wait until everyone has signed up." Half the members never do, and the records stay in the notebook. The good news: you don't have to wait.
Records don't depend on sign-ups
In CoreUnison you can add a member before they have an account: their name, units and services. Charges and balances run from day one — for everyone, not just the people who have registered.
When someone later joins with the invite code, the board approves the request and links it to the member already on file. They immediately see their units, charges and payments, with the full history in place.

A one-evening plan
- Create your organization. Pick the country carefully: it sets the price, and it can't be changed later.
- Add your units — each one's number and area.
- Add services and tariffs — monthly dues, plus water or power if you have meters.
- Add members and assign their units.
- Share the invite code in your community chat or on the notice board.
What happens next, without you
- Monthly dues are billed automatically on the 1st.
- Members who have joined submit readings from their phone; you only approve them.
- Members with an email address receive each new charge by email, with the payment details.

Start small
You don't have to move everything at once. Start with one service, such as membership dues. Once the community is used to it, add meters, one-off charges and the rest. What matters is that the records start today, not "once everyone has signed up".
