When a tenant moves out, end their subscriptions so billing stops, then assign the unit to the next tenant. Anything the previous tenant still owes stays in the unit's history, so you can collect it without starting a spreadsheet.
Every month, tenants submit their readings and you approve each one; the approved reading becomes a charge next to their rent.

Create your organization
Sign up, create an organization for your building or your flats, and send tenants the invite code.
Add units and rates
Add flats, rooms or offices, meters and services: rent, water, electricity, gas. Tenants can be added before they sign in.
Each month, just review
Rent is billed by itself, tenants submit readings, you approve them, and balances update on their own.
Pricing
You pay only for the people who use it: you and 10 tenants come to $5.50 a month after the free trial.
