Who we are

CoreUnison is operated by CoreUnison ("we"). For anything about your data, write to info@coreunison.com.

What we process

  • Your account: email address, name, and your Google profile name and picture if you sign in with Google; your language choice.
  • Your organization's records: what admins and members enter — member names and contact details, units, meters and readings, services, subscriptions, charges and payments.
  • Website analytics: which pages are visited and basic device and browser information — only if you accept analytics cookies.

Why

  • To provide the service you or your organization signed up for (performance of a contract).
  • To keep accounts and data secure (legitimate interest).
  • To understand how the site is used (your consent, which you can withdraw any time).
  • To bill organizations and meet legal obligations, once paid plans start.

We don't sell personal data and don't use it for advertising.

Your organization and us

For the records an organization keeps about its members, the organization decides what is entered and why; we process those records on its behalf. For your account and for this website, we are responsible.

Who helps us

We run on Google Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Hosting) and use Google Analytics with your consent. Google processes data for us under its data processing terms.

Where it is stored

Organization records are stored in Google Cloud in the European Union (Belgium and the Netherlands) and encrypted in transit and at rest. Some Google services, such as sign-in and analytics, may process data outside the EU under Google's standard contractual clauses.

How long

We keep data while your account or organization exists. When an admin deletes an organization, all its records are deleted. To delete your account, write to us.

Your rights

Under the GDPR and Ukraine's Law "On Personal Data Protection" you can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, restrict or object to its processing, and withdraw consent. Write to info@coreunison.com; we answer within 30 days. If the data was entered by your organization, we may pass your request to its admin. You can also complain to your data protection authority — in Ukraine, the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights.

Cookies

Signing in uses the storage the service needs to work. Analytics cookies are set only after you accept them; "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page lets you change your answer.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update this page and tell organizations about important changes.
