Shared utilities, split fairly.

CoreUnison keeps your cooperative's meters, charges and payment records in one place — so every member pays for what they use, and everyone can see where the money goes.

CoreUnison dashboard for an HOA: a balance of $10,028, with charged, collected, still owed and spending, and charts by month and by service

Built for communities that share costs

Whatever you share — water, power, a parking lot — CoreUnison turns it into clear charges for each member.

Housing cooperatives & HOAs

Split water, electricity and gas by each flat's meter readings, and bill monthly dues per flat.

Parking & garage cooperatives

Charge rent for every parking space each month, bill electricity by meter, and see at a glance who has paid and who owes.

Garden communities

Set membership fees by plot area, and split one-off costs — a road repair, a new transformer — across the plots that share them.

Shared buildings & landlords

Tenants submit their own meter readings, you approve them, and balances update for everyone.

Made for small communities

A garage co-op or a parking lot of up to a couple of hundred spaces, one building, a few rented flats — CoreUnison is built for a single community run by its own people.

From a few units

From five garages to a parking lot of 200 spaces, from one rented flat to a whole building — no minimum size, and nothing to set up that you don’t need.

One person can run it

No accountant needed: the chair or the landlord adds the units, approves readings and records payments in a few minutes a month.

Costs almost nothing

You pay per user: a co-op with 12 garage owners pays $6 a month — and only after a free trial of up to 6 months.

Ready in an evening

Everything your board and treasurer need

Units & members

Flats, lots and garages are the units you bill. Debt and history stay with the unit when its holder changes.

Services & tariffs

Metered, recurring (fixed or by area) and one-time services, each with its own tariff.

Meters & readings

Members submit readings, staff approve or reject them, and an approved reading becomes a charge.

Transactions & balances

One ledger for income and spending, with clear statuses and live balances.

Roles & privacy

Admins, accountants and members each see what they should. Keep your organization public or private.

Dashboard & reports

Charts, the things that need your attention, and reports for the whole organization.

A page for every member

Members see their own units, meters, subscriptions and payments — and nothing else.

English & Ukrainian

Everyone picks their language, and the choice follows them to every device.

How it works

  1. Create your organization

Sign up, create your community and share its invite code. You approve everyone who asks to join.

  2. Add units and services

Add units (flats, lots, garages), subscribe them to services and set tariffs. Members can be added before they ever sign in.

  3. Readings become charges

Members submit meter readings, staff approve them, and charges and balances update by themselves.

Questions

Housing and garage cooperatives, parking rentals, garden communities — any group that shares utilities or costs and splits them between its members.

Your data is stored on Google Cloud (Firebase) in the European Union — Belgium and the Netherlands — and encrypted in transit and at rest. Server-side security rules keep each organization's data apart, and everyone sees only what their role allows: members their own records, staff the whole organization. Need your data? We'll send a full export of your organization on request — write to info@coreunison.com.

Share your organization's invite code; an admin approves each request. You can also add members before they have an account.

Yes. One account can join several organizations, with a different role in each.

English and Ukrainian. Each member chooses their own.

Straight to your organization. Staff add its payment details — recipient, IBAN or account number, card number — and they appear in every bill email. When the money arrives, staff check it and mark the payment in the ledger, and balances update for everyone. Money never passes through CoreUnison.

Every organization starts with a free trial: 6 months for up to 200 users, 3 months for up to 500, and 1 month for larger ones. After that it's $0.50 per user per month. We'll give advance notice before any price change. Questions? Write to us at info@coreunison.com.
