What CoreUnison takes off your plate

Monthly billing on its own

Rent for a parking space or dues for a garage are billed automatically every month — no reminders, no spreadsheets.

Power by meter

Owners submit their meter readings from their phone, the board approves them, and the charge is ready.

Who has paid, who owes

The board records every payment and sees the balance of each garage or space. Each owner or renter sees their own.

History stays with the space

When a renter or garage owner changes, the balance and history stay with the space, not the person.

Garages, spaces and shared power lines

In a garage co-op, one electricity meter often feeds a whole row of garages. Enter that bill as a one-off charge and split it evenly across the garages on that line — or set each share by hand. Garages with their own meter are billed from their own readings, side by side in the same ledger.

Renting out spaces works differently from a co-op where members own their garages, and CoreUnison handles both: set a fixed monthly rent per space, or dues per garage, and they're billed automatically on the 1st of every month.

If the person who runs the lot changes, they hand the organization over to the next one in Settings.

Made for your co-op or parking lot

A garage co-op or a parking lot — 20 spaces or 200 — is usually run by one chair or manager who keeps the books. That is who CoreUnison is for: they add the garages or spaces, set the monthly dues and the price per kWh, and members submit their own readings. After the free trial, 20 garage owners pay $10 a month; 150 pay $75.

How to get started

  1. Create your co-op or lot

Sign up, create your organization and share its invite code with owners or renters. You approve everyone who joins.

  2. Add garages, spaces and rates

Add garages or parking spaces, meters and services: rent, dues, electricity. People can be added before they sign in.

  3. From then on, just review

Rent and dues are billed every month, you approve readings, and balances update by themselves.

Questions from parking and garage co-ops

Yes. A lot owner adds the spaces, assigns them to renters and bills monthly rent. Each space can carry a lease end date. Renters see only their own.

All their garages and spaces belong to the one person, and each one's charges and payments are kept separately.

Meters are optional. Bill electricity or any other service as a fixed amount per garage.

Straight to the co-op or lot owner. Staff add the payment details — recipient, IBAN or account number, card number — and they appear in every bill email. When the money arrives, staff check it and mark the payment, and the space's balance updates. Money never passes through CoreUnison.
