Garden community fees, without the notebook

Membership fees by area, electricity by meter and one-off costs — for every plot, with a balance both the board and the plot holder can see.

What CoreUnison takes off your board's plate

Fees by plot area

Set a rate by area, and every plot's membership fee works itself out — no calculator needed.

Power by meter

Gardeners submit their meter readings from their phone, the board approves them, and the charge is ready.

One-off costs

A road repair, a new transformer, a well — charge it to the plots it serves.

Debt stays with the plot

When a plot is sold, its balance and history stay with the plot, not the previous owner.

Built for plots, not flats

Garden plots differ far more than flats do — one is 400 m², the next is 1,500. Record each plot's size in square metres, сотки (100 m²) or hectares, set the fee per unit of area, and every plot's membership fee is worked out from its own size. A plot with no meter at all is simply billed by its area or a fixed fee; meters are only for the plots that have them.

Many gardeners only ever look at the notice board, and that's fine. The board can add every plot holder as a member before they sign in, submit their electricity readings and record what they've paid. Whoever signs up later is attached to their existing member, with the plot's history already there.

Chairs change every few years. When it's time, the outgoing chair hands ownership of the community to the next one in Settings — no lost notebook, no missing records.

A flat's page: its size in m², the amount awaiting payment, its water meter, its subscriptions and recent charges

Built for a volunteer board

Most garden communities are run by a volunteer chair and a treasurer with a notebook. CoreUnison replaces the notebook, not the people: fees by plot area are worked out for you, and gardeners who aren't online are handled by the board. A community of 40 gardeners pays $20 a month after the free trial.

How to get your community started

  1. Create your community

Sign up, create your organization and share its invite code in your community's chat. The board approves who joins.

  2. Add plots and rates

Add plots with their area, meters and services: membership fees, electricity, water. Gardeners can be added before they sign in.

  3. From then on, just review

Gardeners submit readings, the board approves them, and every plot's charges and balance update by themselves.

Questions from garden community boards

Meters are optional. Bill a service as a fixed amount per plot or by area, and by meter only where there is one.

Create a one-time charge, enter the total and tick the plots it applies to — it's split between them evenly. You can adjust any plot's share by hand.

No. CoreUnison runs in the browser on any phone or computer, for the board and gardeners alike.

Straight to the community. The board adds its payment details — recipient, IBAN or account number, card number — and they appear in every bill email. When the money arrives, the board checks it and marks the payment, and the plot's balance updates. Money never passes through CoreUnison.
