Terms of service
Last updated: 3 October 2026
The service
CoreUnison, operated by CoreUnison, helps communities record shared utilities and costs and split them between members. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
Accounts and organizations
- Keep your sign-in details safe; you're responsible for what happens under your account.
- An organization's admins decide who joins and what is recorded, and must have the right to enter their members' details.
- CoreUnison calculates charges and balances from the data you enter. It is a record-keeping tool, not accounting, tax or legal advice.
Free trial and pricing
Each organization starts with a free trial whose length depends on its size. After the trial the price is per user per month and depends on the organization's country — see Pricing. We'll give advance notice before any price change.
Acceptable use
Don't use CoreUnison for anything unlawful, to harm other users, or to try to get at data that isn't yours.
Your data
Your organization's data belongs to your organization. We handle it as described in the Privacy policy, and send a full export on request.
Availability
We work to keep CoreUnison running and your data safe, but the service is provided "as is", without a guaranteed uptime. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses.
Ending
An admin can delete the organization at any time, which deletes all its data. We may suspend an organization that breaks these terms or doesn't pay after the trial, after telling its admins.
Changes and contact
If we change these terms, we'll update this page and tell organizations about important changes. Questions: info@coreunison.com.
